Being part of the Figaro’s Pizza team means going into business for yourself, not by yourself. We provide an extensive training and support system that will give you the knowledge, tools and confidence to open and run a successful store.
We have developed relationships with a host of national companies and professionals to help ensure you have the right location and the lowest construction costs.
In most markets, our network of national real estate professionals will present you with potential sites for your store. Those locations or sites that you identify, will be scored against a list of attributes that are key to the success of our concept. This sophisticated computer modeling revenue forecasts, combined with a break-even financial analysis will be reviewed with you before any site is approved.
Once the location has been selected, our in-house team will assist you with store design, equipment, décor and all elements of your build out, through to your initial food and merchandising materials delivery.
One of the key components of getting you prepared to open your first Figaro’s Pizza store is our two-week training course. It includes both classroom instruction and on-the-job training. The course is designed to orient you to every part of our operation, from personnel to food prep, inventory control to marketing. After a successful completion of your training, you’ll be ready to go.
But the assistance doesn’t stop there. In fact, it never stops. You will be assigned a Field Service Representative whose primary job is to help you make more revenue and more profit every day. They will work with you on tracking and managing costs, ensuring customer satisfaction and running a successful store. Using both telephone and store visits, they will be invaluable in the operation of your business.
After your store is operating you will receive periodic reports from our national mystery shopper service to help you ensure that you store is delivering the wow customer service that is so important to your success.
The marketing assistance begins before your store opens as well. We will work with you to research and evaluate all of your local promotion opportunities. We will then draft a grand opening campaign designed to create name awareness and promote immediate customer visits to your store. The campaign will be tailored to your store’s trading area and will feature strategically chosen advertising vehicles that have been proven to drive customer counts and maximize initial sales.
Among the many programs the Marketing Department can assist you with are Figaro’s Fun Nights and school lunch contracts. Fun Nights are one way of improving your visibility and reputation in your community through fund raising assistance to groups in need. School lunch contracts can be a great boost to store revenues and also increase awareness to an important demographic group, families.
On an on-going basis, Figaro’s Marketing Department is with you as well. We design and produce a steady stream of promotions intended to reinforce customer’s value perception of our brand. These promotions always include a full kit of merchandisers for use in store as well as glossy newspaper inserts, ad shells and direct and shared mail pieces. Finally, both radio and television commercials are made available for you at no cost when you join the Figaro’s family.
